Isidora V.,
Born in New York City, Isidora began her musical studies at Third Street Music School where she studied with Marc Ponthus and then furthered her studies at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art. She attended New York University studying with Jose Ramon Mendez and Seymour Bernstein, and in 2015 graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance. Isidora has participated and performed at the Gijon International Piano Festival in Spain, International Keyboard Institute and Festival, and the Institute and Festival for Contemporary Performance at Mannes and has played in several masterclasses for artists such as Robert McDonald, Nelita True, Alexander Kobrin, James Giles, and Sara Davis Buechner. She is currently studying the Taubman Approach with Robert Durso of the Golandsky Institute.
As a teacher she has experience working with students of various ages and seeks to make lessons engaging while instilling a solid foundation in musicianship and technique.
