TRIAL LESSON

TERMS:
・ A trial is available per student per teacher.
・ Tuition must be paid before the day of trial lesson. Tuition is not refundable.
・ We accept payments by debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Amex). No checks or cash.
・ 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. No credit is allowed for any notifications under 24 hours notice.
For sickness, a credit is allowed with 1-hour advance notice. (School may ask for doctor’s note)

MONTHLY LESSON PLAN

TERMS:
・ A flexible scheduling*
・ Tuition will be billed monthly and the invoice must be paid within 10 days from date of invoice.
・ Late tuition payments will be charged a late fee of 5% of the past due balance per month.
・ Students’ lessons and classes may be suspended if accounts fall behind in payment.
・ We accept payments by checks, money order, and debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Amex). No cash.
・ There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks.
・ Make Ups – If you are going to be absent from a private lesson, students/ parents should contact the teacher directly by email/phone/text. 2 excused absences are allowed every 4 months with 24-hour advance notification. We have strict 24 hour cancellation notice. No make-up lesson is allowed for any notifications under 24 hour notice. For sickness, a make-up lesson is allowed with 1-hour advance notice. (School may ask for doctor’s note).
・Lesson credit cannot carry forward to future terms and must be used within the 4 month period.
・ Withdrawal: Students are requested to notify the school (not a teacher) with two weeks advance notice in writing.  We issue a FULL refund of unused lessons.

SNOW CLOSINGS:

Willan Academy of Music closes for snow when the New York City public schools do.
Check out on our website or call us for snow closings. Credit will be issued for snow closings.
