Connor is an Astoria-based musician and educator. After graduating from Purchase College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Studies (Guitar), Connor began teaching and gigging in the NYC area, performing as a bandleader for jazz combos as well as a pit guitarist for musical productions. He’s also had the opportunity to tour the US and Canada with both his own band and as a supporting artist for various acts.

As a teacher, Connor believes that lessons should focus on the student’s interests first and foremost. He encourages his students to learn the music they love so that practicing can be something to look forward to. Connor plays guitar, bass, piano, ukulele, and mandolin.
