Italian/Swiss pianist Chantal is a versatile classical musician active in the European & American music scenes. Highlights of her recent career include a solo CD with Sheva Collection and her debut in Lincoln Center.
Recipient of numerous scholarships and competition awards, she concertizes as a soloist and chamber musician. She premiered works commissioned by Yamaha Piano Europe and other major organizations. In addition to her solo endeavors, she has collaborated extensively with singers in opera productions at the Teatro del Giglio in Lucca, italy, and in Lieder programs in Germany
Chantal organized the first “Amicizia in Musica” festival of Milan (2015) and acts as US promoter of the Virtuoso&Belcanto Festival (Lucca). Currently, she is an Adjunct Instructor in Piano Studies at NYU and serves on the faculty at La Scuola D’Italia in New York.
Chantal earned her bachelor’s at age 18 and her master’s at 21 in Lucca, Italy and rather attended a graduate exchange program in Freiburg (Germany). Her teachers include Konstantin Bogino, Fabio Bidini and Jeffrey Swann.
