The physical benefits for adults to play the piano are worthwhile. Your back will strengthen implying that your posture will be at its best. Your arms, especially your shoulders and biceps will be stronger. Fingers get more flexible which implies that there will be noticeable improvements in typing speed and calluses will begin to appear on your fingertips.
